Karlovac is the “Best-bike town” in Croatia

At the final event and the presentation of results of the “Mobile2020” project yesterday in Zagreb were declared winners of the competition for the most-cycling city in Croatia, which rewards those who have in the past 5 years done the most in terms of the development of bicycle traffic.

The most-cycling city in Croatia is Karlovac, which is followed by Velika Gorica.

Container train between Piraeus and the Czech Republic competes with port Rijeka

The first container train left earlier this week from the Greek port of Piraeus, where terminal is led by Chinas company COSCO and it passed Greece, Macedonia, Serbia and Hungary to the final destination – Czech Republic. This established a regular train lines and container service, which is becoming a serious competitor to Rijeka traffic route, as well as all the ports of the northern Adriatic.
